Market Rocket is pleased to offer an expedited build option for clients who want their OYM system in place quickly. Under this option, Market Rocket commits to building the client's OYM system within twenty (20) days. The twenty-day period begins on the day the client has delivered all of the following: completed intake forms, account access, any other information reasonably necessary to perform the work, and all required client approvals.

Because the build depends on client-provided materials, any time during which Market Rocket is reasonably awaiting intake forms, account access, information, responses, approvals, or other cooperation from the client will not count toward the twenty-day period. The timeline pauses for such periods and resumes once the outstanding items are provided. This ensures the guarantee reflects work that is genuinely within Market Rocket's control, and it protects clients from being charged against time they did not cause.

The expedited system includes an integrated landing-page site for lead intake and conversion tracking, delivered on a new domain.

Market Rocket stands behind its timelines. If Market Rocket fails to deliver the expedited system within twenty (20) days from the date the client has provided all required intake forms and account access (as adjusted for any client-caused delays described above), Market Rocket will refund $1,000 of the $2,500 expedite fee to the client.

The expedite fee reflects the work Market Rocket undertakes as soon as the client elects this option — reprioritizing and rearranging its production schedule to move the client's project to the front of the queue. Because that scheduling work is performed regardless of the final delivery date, the $1,000 refund is offered as a good-faith credit for a missed timeline while the remaining $1,500 covers the expedited scheduling and prioritization already provided.

This $1,000 refund is the client's sole and exclusive remedy for any missed expedited timeline. Refunding this amount does not cancel the engagement: Market Rocket will continue building and delivering the OYM system to completion under the standard terms of the parties' agreement.

Market Rocket wants every client's system to keep performing well after delivery. For twelve (12) months following delivery, Market Rocket will repair, at no additional charge, any element of the system that Market Rocket built and that stops functioning as originally delivered. This warranty covers defects and malfunctions in Market Rocket–built components only.

So that expectations are clear and fair to both sides, the warranty does not cover the following, which remain the client's responsibility:

• Routine, ongoing maintenance of the system. Market Rocket does not perform regular maintenance under this warranty.
• Updates, changes, or new requirements imposed by third-party systems and platforms. Advertising platforms, for example, regularly update their policies and algorithms, and maintaining performance requires the client (or the client's chosen provider) to adjust practices accordingly. Market Rocket is not responsible for keeping the system aligned with third-party platform changes under this warranty.
• Any issue arising from modifications, additions, or configuration changes made to the system by the client or by anyone other than Market Rocket, or from misuse of the system.

The warranty expires twelve (12) months after delivery.

Market Rocket takes pride in its work and will always try to make things right for its clients. To keep this engagement clear and predictable for everyone, the parties agree that the remedies described above — the $1,000 refund for a missed expedited timeline, and repair of Market Rocket–built elements under the warranty — are the client's sole and exclusive remedies for the matters they address. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Market Rocket's total liability arising out of or relating to the expedited build and warranty will not exceed the total fees actually paid by the client to Market Rocket for the work at issue, and Market Rocket will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights the client may have that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

This Refund Policy governs all payment transactions between Market Rocket LLC and its clients. By submitting payment to Market Rocket LLC through any channel, Client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to this Policy in its current published form. Client is responsible for reviewing the current version of this Policy at any time during which Client has an active or pending engagement with Market Rocket LLC.
